No Batman, but lots of Robins. It's that day of the year again where
hundreds of robins invade and are seemingly going completely nuts.
Haven't quite figured out if it is the group feasting and getting ready
to depart, the snow birds, or if they are all buzzed on some chemical
that excretes from something this time of year. Bluejays, Red Bellied
and Downy woodpeckers have also joined in the frenzy, but not in the
extreme numbers of the Robins. There are literally hundreds of Robins
visible at any given moment, and it lasts right up to sundown. Great
entertainment!
